Step 1 – We Receive Your Dimensions

Every project starts with your measurements.

You can send us:

• Overall length and width

• Height of the tray

• Drain position

• Wheel arch dimensions if required

• Hand sketches

Step 2 – Material Selection

We manufacture our trays using 304 stainless steel.

This material is chosen because it offers:

• Excellent corrosion resistance

• Long service life

• Easy cleaning

• Modern appearance

• Exceptional strength

Unlike plastic shower trays, stainless steel won't crack under normal use.

Step 3 – Cutting

Each tray is cut accurately to size before fabrication begins.

This ensures every fold and welded joint lines up perfectly.

Step 4 – Folding

The flat sheet is folded using professional press brake equipment to create the sides of the shower tray.

Accurate folding ensures a neat appearance and reduces the amount of welding required.

Step 5 – TIG Welding

Every internal corner is professionally TIG welded.

This creates a strong, watertight shower tray without relying on sealants or bonded joints.

Each weld is carefully inspected before moving to the next stage.

Step 6 – Finishing

Once welded, the tray is cleaned and finished by hand.

Any sharp edges are removed before the tray is thoroughly inspected.

Step 7 – Final Inspection

Before dispatch every shower tray is checked for:

• Correct dimensions

• Weld quality

• Surface finish

• Drain position

• Overall appearance

Only when we're completely satisfied is it packaged for delivery.
